Again, no fanart option? WTF DA. x)
This was done for a community fanart challenge on Pixelbrush.net. I chose the lovely Jaenelle Angelline from the Black Jewels Trilogy. Kaelas managed to purr his way into it as well.

OKAY. I know that the stripes are wrong. XD Forgive me! That's the one comment that comes up the most with this piece. My apologies to fellow fans, but I'm getting a little tired of explaining that yes, I know he doesn't have the stripes, it was a mistake that I'd love to correct but I'm lazy. There.

This is a very good painting! Congrats on the detail. I just wanted to mention that in the books, Arcerian Cats are supposed to be all white to blend in with the snow. The cover artist gave Kaelas the black stripes of a white tiger, so it's hard to picture him without them, but I thought that since you're obviously a devoted fan, you would want to know for future reference. Again, great job on the painting! It must have taken you a very long time to complete.
